Min entered the blockchain industry in 2015 and has spent most of her crypto career working for Layer 1 and Layer 2 projects. She currently spends her time leading the ecosystem at Halborn. She previously spent time evangelizing the Hedera ecosystem as CMO of HBAR Foundation. She previously was CMO of Polygon and an early employee, consultant, or advisor for Avalanche, Tomochain, Reefchain (Reef Finance), and TRON. She also has held brief stints at Huobi and Civic. In her spare time, she loves working with early stage DeFi projects - She has worked with the teams at New Order (www.neworder.network) which launched BTRFLY (Redacted Cartel), BitDAO (one of the largest DAO managed treasuries), and Sushiswap as a BD and marketing advisor or consultant.

Alexander Díaz

Born in Chicago. Grade school in Puerto Rico. Back to Chicago for middle school (Pilsen) and high school (North Side). Freshman year at Tulane University. Back to Chicago to complete B.A. in International Development at DePaul University. Off to Los Angeles for one year of graduate studies at UCLA, also in International Development. Two years in Miami. Back to Puerto Rico, this time to stay.

After the Miami start to his career in communications, at a small ad agency, Alex moved on to journalism two years later as an economy and finance reporter at Caribbean Business in San Juan, later becoming editor of the newspaper. When not there, he worked in corporate communications, advertising, sustainability management & communications, and since 2021 as head of corporate comm, ESG sustainability and Proyectos de País at ARCO Relations, the pr and marcomm arm of ARCO Publicidad in San Juan.

The quintessential Fusion communicator, Alex is first a strategist, marshaling people insights, market trends, and data/analytics, to find just the right fit for a client. Second, a journalist, with a nose for news and research, a flair for angles and headlines, a love of truth, master of the core message. Third, marketer, applying the journalist’s skill to a client’s narrative, and deploying strategies across disciplines to generate results. Fourth, writer, the artist/creative, craftsman of beauty, story and inspiration.

And fifth, advocate, in pursuit of planet- and society-enhancing solutions in Puerto Rico (via Proyectos de País) and elsewhere, including his work for BitAngels Puerto Rico and as a major proponent of Blockchain and Web3 technology on the island and beyond.
